Product Introduction
This 120 TPD rotary dryer for coconut husk residue drying is a professional large-capacity biomass drying equipment tailored for coconut shell residue treatment scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the high moisture and easy coking characteristics of coconut husk residue, with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons of wet coconut husk residue. It can quickly reduce the moisture content of the raw material from 45%~55% to below 12%, and the dried material can be directly used for subsequent processes such as carbonization and fuel pressing, which is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale resource utilization of coconut husk residue.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet coconut husk residue is continuously fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and moves forward in a spiral trajectory under the action of the lifting plate. The high-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with the material in the cylinder, and the moisture in the coconut husk residue is rapidly vaporized and discharged. The dried material that meets the moisture requirement is stably output from the discharging end, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This 120 TPD model has multiple targeted advantages for coconut husk residue drying. The specially designed anti-sticking lifting plate structure effectively avoids the material sticking and coking problems during the drying process of high-moisture coconut husk residue. The high-efficiency heat exchange system greatly improves the thermal utilization rate, reducing the energy consumption per ton of material by more than 20% compared with ordinary dryers. The fully sealed structure effectively prevents dust leakage, meeting environmental protection emission standards. The 24-hour continuous operation design perfectly matches the large-scale production rhythm of coconut husk residue treatment plants.
