Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for bamboo biomass gasification is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for bamboo biomass raw material pretreatment scenarios. It adopts a special anti-blocking and anti-corrosion structure adapted to the characteristics of high moisture and easy winding of bamboo chips, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons. It can stably reduce the moisture content of bamboo raw materials to the optimal range required for biomass gasification, which is the core pretreatment equipment to ensure the stable operation of the subsequent gasification system.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a low-speed and high-torque transmission system to rotate at a set speed. The wet bamboo raw materials are continuously fed into the cylinder, and are pushed forward by the built-in lifting plates in a rotating state, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the bamboo materials is rapidly evaporated and discharged through the induced draft system. After continuous heat exchange, the moisture content of the discharged materials is stably controlled below 15%, which fully meets the raw material requirements of the subsequent biomass gasification unit.
