Product Introduction
This 40 tpd rotary dryer for horticultural coco peat drying is a professional low-temperature drying equipment tailored for horticultural coconut peat processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking and uniform heating structure, with a daily processing capacity of 40 tons of wet coco peat, which can efficiently remove excess moisture from the raw material while retaining the organic nutrient components of coco peat. It is the core drying equipment to meet the large-scale production demand of horticultural coco peat substrates.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a constant low speed. The wet coco peat enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special lifting board, making full contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the material is rapidly evaporated under the low-temperature controllable heat, and the dried coco peat that meets the horticultural substrate moisture standard is stably discharged from the discharge port, completing the continuous and uniform drying process.

The low-temperature controllable drying process will not damage the organic fiber and nutrient components of coco peat, ensuring the quality of horticultural substrates. The anti-sticking lifting board design effectively avoids the caking and sticking phenomenon of wet coco peat during drying. The 40-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the medium-scale coco peat production line, with stable operation and low energy consumption. The fully enclosed structure prevents material pollution, and the finished product meets the horticultural substrate safety standards.
