Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for wood sawdust drying is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for sawdust processing scenarios. It adopts a multi-cylinder insulation rotary structure, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet sawdust, and can reduce the moisture content of raw sawdust from 40%~60% to below 10% in one pass. It is the core drying equipment for biomass fuel, wood pellet and wood chip deep processing production lines.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet sawdust enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flowing in the same direction. The moisture in the sawdust is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat conduction, and the dried qualified sawdust is stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the continuous large-capacity drying process.
Core Features
This 100 tpd sawdust rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The multi-cylinder insulation structure effectively reduces heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is more than 30% higher than that of single-cylinder dryers. The built-in special material guide device avoids the sticking and blocking problem of sawdust in the cylinder. The drying temperature is precisely adjustable, which will not cause the sawdust to burn and deteriorate. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets environmental protection requirements. It supports 24-hour continuous stable operation, with low failure rate and high processing efficiency.
