Product Introduction
This 50 tpd rotary dryer for coco peat fertilizer substrate is a professional low-temperature drying equipment tailored for the large-scale production scenario of coconut peat fertilizer substrate. It adopts a special anti-adhesion lifting plate structure adapted to the high-humidity and high-fiber characteristics of coco peat, with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons. It can efficiently reduce the moisture content of the raw coco peat from 50%~60% to the finished product standard of 10%~15%, and the dried coco peat substrate will not agglomerate or deteriorate in fiber activity, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable quality of the coco peat fertilizer substrate.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by the stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet coco peat raw material is sent into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the specially designed anti-adhesion lifting plate as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the hot air flow. Under the action of the hot air flow and the gentle turning of the cylinder, the moisture in the coco peat is rapidly evaporated and discharged from the exhaust system. The dried coco peat fertilizer substrate is stably output from the discharge end, completing the continuous low-temperature drying process without damaging the fiber activity.

The anti-adhesion lifting plate design effectively solves the problem of coco peat sticking to the cylinder wall, ensuring continuous and stable feeding and discharging. The low-temperature hot air drying process will not damage the natural fiber structure of coco peat, and the quality of the finished substrate fully meets the horticultural cultivation standard. The 50-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the medium-scale coco peat substrate production line, with high operation efficiency and low energy consumption. The fully enclosed structure effectively avoids dust overflow, meeting environmental protection production requirements.
