Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for crushed bamboo drying is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for bamboo processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of high moisture and easy winding of crushed bamboo, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons. It can quickly reduce the moisture content of the crushed bamboo from 45%~55% to below 12%, and the dried finished material can be directly used for subsequent processes such as bamboo charcoal making and biomass fuel production. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the crushed bamboo processing line.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set adjustable speed. The wet crushed bamboo enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and moves forward in a spiral trajectory under the action of the rotation of the cylinder and the hot air flow. The built-in special lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the crushed bamboo, making it fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow for efficient heat exchange. After continuous drying, the crushed bamboo with qualified moisture is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 80-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 80 tpd crushed bamboo rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-winding and anti-sticking lifting plate structure effectively avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by crushed bamboo. The optimized heat exchange system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, significantly reducing the energy consumption per ton of material. The adjustable rotating speed and temperature control system can precisely control the final moisture of the finished crushed bamboo. The sealed structure has no dust overflow, which is environmentally friendly and meets the continuous production demand of 80 tons per day.
