Product Introduction
This 20 TPD rotary dryer for bamboo powder processing is a professional low-temperature drying equipment tailored for small and medium-sized bamboo powder production lines. It adopts a special anti-adhesion lifting plate structure adapted to the characteristics of light bulk density and easy agglomeration of bamboo powder, with a daily processing capacity of 20 tons of wet bamboo powder. It can efficiently reduce the moisture content of bamboo powder from 25%~30% to below 8%, and the dried bamboo powder can be directly used for subsequent processes such as biomass fuel, bamboo powder plastic and papermaking.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by the stable transmission system to rotate at a low constant speed. The wet bamboo powder enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the special anti-adhesion lifting plate inside the cylinder, forming a uniform material curtain. The hot air at 120℃~180℃ flows in a countercurrent direction with the bamboo powder, and fully contacts with the scattered material to complete the rapid heat and mass transfer. After the bamboo powder is dried uniformly during the slow moving process, it is discharged from the discharging end, and the exhaust gas is discharged after dust removal, completing the whole low-temperature drying process.
Core Features
This 20 TPD model has multiple targeted advantages for bamboo powder processing. The special anti-adhesion lifting plate effectively avoids the sticking and blocking problem of light bamboo powder in the cylinder. The low-temperature countercurrent drying process will not cause the bamboo powder to scorch or deteriorate, ensuring the quality of the finished product. The 20-ton daily output perfectly matches the production scale of small and medium-sized bamboo powder processing plants, with small floor area and easy installation. The operation is simple and the energy consumption is low, which can effectively reduce the production cost of bamboo powder.
