Product Introduction
This 30 TPD rotary dryer is a professional low-temperature drying equipment tailored for coco peat bedding production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking lifting plate structure, with a daily processing capacity of 30 tons of wet coco peat, which can efficiently reduce the moisture content of raw materials to the standard required for bedding products. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the continuous and stable production of the coco peat bedding plant.
Working Principle
The slightly inclined rotary cylinder is driven by the transmission device to rotate at a constant speed. The wet coco peat enters the cylinder from the feeding end and moves forward slowly under the action of the rotating cylinder and the lifting plate. The hot air fully contacts the materials for heat and mass transfer, and the moisture in the coco peat is continuously evaporated and discharged. After the whole process, the dried coco peat with uniform moisture is discharged from the discharging end, completing the continuous drying operation.
Core Features
This 30 TPD model has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-sticking lifting plate can effectively prevent the coco peat from agglomerating and sticking to the wall, ensuring uniform drying of materials. The low-temperature drying process will not damage the fiber structure of coco peat, and the quality of the finished bedding is stable. The 30-ton daily output perfectly matches the production scale of small and medium-sized coco peat bedding plants, with low energy consumption and high operation efficiency. The equipment runs stably, with low failure rate and easy maintenance.
