1.Product Introduction
Gold Centrifugal Concentrator, also known as the Nielsen centrifuge, is a new type of enhanced gravity mineral processing equipment based on the centrifugal principle. Due to its large processing capacity, particle size selection, and simple operation and maintenance, it is used for roughing or beneficiation of gold, tin, tungsten, titanium, hematite, etc. There are currently two types of centrifugal mineral processing machines: one is the intermittent discharge type, and the other is the fully automatic continuous discharge type; according to the different concentrate yield rates, the two types of products are suitable for different situations. Generally, a concentrate yield rate of 0.1% is taken as the dividing line. Below this line, the intermittent discharge type is considered, and above it, the fully automatic continuous discharge type is used.
2.Application
The applicable materials are used as roughing or scavenging for the separation of heavy metal ores such as gold, tin, tungsten, antimony, hematite, iron ore, placer gold, diamond ore, manganese ore, and lead ore.
3.Working Principle
The rotary drum of the gold Centrifugal Concentrator rotates at a high speed with a certain number of revolutions. The ore pulp is fed into the inner wall of the rotary drum from two locations through the ore feeding nozzle by the ore feeding and dividing device. The ore pulp rotates at high speed with the drum, and under the action of centrifugal force, the heavy minerals deposit on the inner wall of the rotary drum and rotate together with the drum. The light mineral particles in the ore pulp rotate with the drum at a certain differential speed, and during the rotation process, they flow in a spiral direction from the ore feeding end along the slope of the rotary drum to the ore discharging end, and are discharged through the ore discharging and dividing device at the end, which is the tailings. After 3 minutes of separation, the ore feeding and dividing device automatically rotates to the position for discharging concentrate, stops feeding ore into the rotary drum, and after the tailings are discharged completely, the ore discharging and dividing device automatically rotates away from its normal position to prepare for intercepting concentrate. Then, the high-pressure flushing water valve automatically opens, and the high-pressure flushing water washes down the concentrate deposited on the inner wall of the rotary drum. After the concentrate is washed down, the high-pressure water valve automatically closes. After the concentrate is discharged completely, the ore discharging and dividing device and the ore feeding and dividing device automatically reset to start the next separation cycle.
