1. Product Introduction
A laboratory jaw crusher is a device used in laboratory environments for intermediate and fine crushing of raw materials.
2. Application
Mainly used in laboratories for medium and fine crushing of raw materials such as coal, gangue, coke, limestone, pyrite, etc.
3. Working Principle
Laboratory jaw crusher is mainly composed of an organic body, an eccentric shaft, a static jaw, a dynamic jaw, an adjusting device, a transmission device, and a power part. The body adopts two structural forms, one is integral casting. Another method is to weld high-quality steel plates, and the eccentric shaft is made of high-quality carbon structure, with bearings installed at both ends and fastened to the frame. There is a pair of ZGmm13 cast toothed plates fixed on the moving jaw and frame. When the motor drives the pulley and drives the moving jaw to move back and forth through the eccentric shaft, the toothed plates crush the material to achieve the purpose of crushing.
4. Advantages
①. Small and lightweight, desktop placement with small volume and light weight, occupying less space.
②. Coarse crushing+medium crushing, with a high crushing ratio for squeezing and crushing brittle materials such as coal, ore, gangue, coke, and rock. The feeding block size is large and the discharge particle size is adjustable.
③. Uniform particle size and easy adjustment. The discharge particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the discharge ports, ensuring stable particle size and meeting the pre-treatment requirements for laboratory testing and sample preparation.
④. The structure is reliable and has a low failure rate. It is mainly composed of moving and fixed jaws, eccentric shafts, pulleys, and motors. The jaw plate is wear-resistant and easy to maintain, requiring only regular lubrication and inspection of fasteners.
