Product Introduction
Magnetic separator is suitable for separating fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. It can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a large magnetic field depth, large working gap, and high processing capacity.
2.Application
Magnetic separators are suitable for wet magnetic separation of materials such as magnetite, magnetite, roasted ore, ilmenite, etc. They are also used for iron removal operations of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials, and other materials.
3.Working Principle
The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field zone, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown away and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field zone and washed with water into the concentrate tank to complete the sorting operation.
