1. Product Introduction
Gold Elution & Electrowinning System is a key link in the gold mine carbon slurry (CIP) and carbon leaching (CIL) production lines to achieve gold recovery. Its core principle is to desorb gold ions adsorbed on activated carbon into the solution under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and then deposit them into solid gold through electrolysis, achieving efficient and environmentally friendly precious metal recovery.
2. Application
Process line of gold ore beneficiation plant (CIP/CIL), heap leaching gold extraction project, precious metal recovery from electronic waste, comprehensive recovery of tailings and waste residue.
3. Working Principle
Place the gold loaded carbon that has adsorbed gold into a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, and disrupt the adsorption equilibrium between gold and activated carbon through hot alkaline solution or cyanide free desorbent, allowing gold to enter the solution in the form of ions to form a high-grade precious liquid. Then, introduce the precious liquid into the electrolytic cell, and under the action of direct current, the gold ions are reduced and deposited into metal sludge at the cathode. Finally, high-purity gold ingots are obtained through melting, achieving efficient and environmentally friendly precious metal recovery.
