 1. Product Introduction


The CIP and CIL production lines for gold ore slurry are the core processes of modern gold extraction. By directly adsorbing and recovering gold from cyanide slurry using activated carbon, the recovery rate and economic benefits are significantly improved.

 

2. Application


Large scale high-grade gold ore beneficiation plants, gold bearing oxidized ores (especially low-grade ores), gold ores with a high amount of associated precious metals, pre-treatment processes for difficult to process gold ores, flotation gold concentrates, and gravity tailings.

 

3. Working Principle

 

The working principle of the CIP and CIL production lines for gold ore slurry is to first grind the gold ore finely, and then leach it with sodium cyanide solution under alkaline conditions to dissolve the gold and form soluble gold cyanide complexes; Subsequently, activated carbon is added to directly adsorb gold from the slurry through its huge specific surface area, achieving enrichment. CIP is "leaching first and then adsorption", while CIL is "leaching while adsorption". Both use a countercurrent process to improve efficiency, and ultimately obtain high-purity gold ingots through steps such as desorption, electrolysis, and melting.
