1. Product Introduction
Log washer is mainly used to remove clay materials from ores. The equipment is widely used for cleaning and desliming various viscous sand and gravel materials, and can effectively remove clay and stains from minerals. This device has the characteristics of large processing capacity, easy installation, simple operation, low cost, and high efficiency.
2. Application
Applicable materials: sand, river sand, pebbles, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, phosphate ore, and other minerals.
3. Working Principle
During operation, materials are fed from the lower part of the tank into the middle of the two spiral shafts. The mud lumps and mineral particles adhered to the surface are crushed and separated from the mineral particles by the rubbing and scrubbing of the leaves, as well as the flushing of an appropriate amount of high-pressure water from the upper end of the tank, thus achieving the purpose of ore washing. The washed fine mud is discharged from the overflow port installed at the rear of the tank, and the cleaned ore is transported to the ore discharge port at the front end of the tank through a rotating spiral blade shaft for discharge.
