Product Introduction
Mobile crushing stations are flexible and convenient, with strong mobility, which can save a lot of infrastructure and relocation costs; It can crush materials on site and move with the advancement of the raw material mining face, thereby greatly reducing the transportation cost of materials. The mobile crushing and screening equipment includes primary crushing stations, secondary crushing and screening stations, belt conveyors, etc. Each level of crushing station is an independent working unit that can fulfill its different responsibilities.

3. Working Principle
The workflow can be divided into four stages: 1 Feeding and pre screening: The material is loaded into the feeder by a loader or dump truck, and the vibrating feeder evenly feeds the material into the crushing host. Some models have added pre screening function in the feeding process, which directly screens out fine materials that do not need to be crushed, improving efficiency. two Crushing stage: Taking counterattack crushing as an example, after the material enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating rotor drives the plate hammer to collide with the material, and at the same time, the material collides multiple times with the counterattack plate, achieving "stone hitting stone" laminated crushing. three Screening and circulation: The crushed material is transported by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen, where the sieve separates the material into different specifications. The coarse materials that do not meet the standards are returned to the crusher for secondary processing through the return belt, forming a closed-loop cycle to ensure uniform particle size of the finished product. four Finished product output: Qualified materials are stored by conveyors or directly loaded onto trucks for transportation. Some high-end models support multi-level crushing and screening linkage, such as jaw crusher+counterattack crusher combination, to achieve integrated operation of coarse crushing and fine crushing.
