  1.  Product Introduction

Dewater screen is a vibrating screen characterized by high frequency and high vibration intensity, mainly used for wet classification and solid-liquid separation of fine-grained materials. It is widely used in industries such as tailings dry discharge, concentrate dewatering, slurry concentration, carbon slurry separation, and chip removal for filtration and dewatering equipment. It is also used in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, chemical engineering, power generation, sugar production, and salt production.

 

2. Application

 

Mainly used for tailings dry discharge, concentrate dewatering, ore grading, slurry concentration, and carbon slurry separation operations. In the sand, gravel, aggregate, and building materials industries, it is used for water washed sand dewatering, fine sand recovery, quartz sand dewatering, potassium feldspar dewatering, and ceramic slurry dewatering.

 

3. Working Principle

 

The working principle is to use high-frequency vibration to destroy the surface tension of the slurry and accelerate the separation of high-density minerals. The double vibration motor or flange type exciter drives the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating motion in a straight line direction, allowing fine-grained materials to quickly pass through the sieve holes and be screened out. Its excitation force changes the water tension on the surface of the slurry, making the slurry water pass through the sieve and become undersized, while the fine-grained materials are blocked by the sieve to form a filter layer that moves forward and is discharged under the influence of vibration force.
