1. Product Introduction
Agglomerator for Heap Leaching is a key equipment in the process of extracting gold from low-grade gold mines. It is mainly used for granulation of fine ore and ore with high clay content, in order to improve the permeability of the ore heap, oxygen supply efficiency, and gold leaching rate.
2. Application
Applied to high clay content oxidized gold ores, ores with a high proportion of fine ore, ores with more clay or mineral powder, tailings and waste rock resource utilization.
3. Working Principle
Agglomerator for Heap Leaching uses mechanical rolling to thoroughly mix fine-grained ore with binders (such as cement or lime) and leaching solutions (such as sodium cyanide solution). Under the rotation of the drum or disc, the material continuously rolls and rubs, gradually aggregating into uniform pellets of 6-25mm.
