Electromagnetic pulse valve(also known as diaphragm valve) is the compressed air "switch" of the ash cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag filter. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse blowing controller, it blows and cleans the filter bags row by row (chamber by chamber), keeping the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The DMF electromagnetic pulse valve with nuts is a right-angle valve similar to the "Z" series. It is suitable for the installation and connection between the air bag and the blowing pipe of the dust collector. Both ends of its inlet and outlet are equipped with fixing nuts for installation, making the installation and use more convenient.

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, the front and the rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
The electrical signal of the pulse blowing controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve backward, opening the vent hole of the rear air chamber. The rear air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, and the compressed air blows through the output port of the valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state.
When the electrical signal of the pulse blowing controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets, the vent hole of the rear air chamber closes, the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, pressing the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"Closed" state.

DMF-ZM right-angle solenoid pulse valve with nutInstallation method:
1. Select AC and DC solenoid valves according to the type of power supply. Generally, AC power is more convenient to use.
2. In environments with high relative humidity, water droplets, or rain, waterproof solenoid valves should be selected.
3. When using in corrosive or explosive environments, corrosion-resistant solenoid valves should be selected according to safety requirements.
4. Power supply conditions for the electromagnetic pulse valve.
5. The power supply voltage fluctuation is usually selected as +10% for AC and -15%. For DC, it is allowed to be about ±10%. If it exceeds the tolerance, voltage stabilization measures must be taken or special order requirements should be put forward.
6. In environments with frequent vibration, jolting, and impact, special varieties should be selected, such as marine solenoid valves.
