1. It should have sufficient strength, stiffness, perpendicularity and dimensional accuracy to prevent the situations of compression deformation, damage during transportation, contact between filter bags in the dust collector, and difficulty in bagging and friction between the bag frame and the bag.
2. The surface of the bag filter cage must be anti-corrosion treated. Spraying or galvanizing can be used. The high-temperature anti-corrosion treatment agent should meet the requirements of high temperature;
3. All welded joints must be firm. Weld detachment, welding leakage are not allowed. The development trend of galvanized dust filter cage technology is in the following aspects: high temperature and high humidity, highly corrosive cage and filter media.
