QMFD-100 type Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is an integrated pulse solenoid valve composed of a QMF-100 type pulse solenoid valve and a KXD type solenoid valve. The outlet of the pulse valve is connected to the injection pipe with a pressure-resistant rubber hose. The characteristics and technical parameters of the solenoid valve are the same as those of the KXD type pulse solenoid valve. Working pressure: 0.3 - 0.7MPa; This valve is mainly used in the injection system of the MC side-opening MC-I type pulse bag filter.

 

The QMFD-100 electromagnetic pulse valve controls the oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure shock during gear shifting and locking/unlocking, so that the equipment can operate in a stable state.

 

QMFD-100 type electromagnetic pulse valve is a two-way normally closed AC/DC solenoid valve, usually used for water and gas control. The valve opens when receiving an electrical signal and closes after power-off.

 

QMFD-100 type electromagnetic pulse valve features: The valve core sleeve is formed by stamping and stretching, with good tightness, sensitive action, long service life and reliable operation.

 

Usage conditions: Non-corrosive gas and water as the medium, medium temperature≤60℃, places with relative humidity not exceeding 85%.

 

Installation method of QMFD-100 electromagnetic pulse valve

 

1. Before use, pay attention to check whether the components are damaged during transportation.

 

2. Before installation, the air supply pipeline should be ventilated to clean the debris inside. When installing, pay attention to the gas flow direction and whether the pipe connection is correct.

 

3. When installing, all O-rings should be coated with appropriate lubricant.

 

4. There are three pins on the coil, and it is equipped with a special plug. One of them with a " " symbol is the grounding pin. Users can decide whether to ground according to their needs. (Generally, when the voltage is less than 36V, it is not necessary to ground; when it is greater than 36V, it should be grounded.) The other two are the power pins of the coil, which are respectively connected to the terminal of the corresponding sequence of the pulse injection controller and the terminal of the common wire for the valve. Pay attention to whether the voltage meets the requirements.

 

5. The gas distribution box of the dust collector (including the connecting pipe) is determined by the user. The capacity of the gas distribution box should meet the requirements of providing a stable gas source for the electromagnetic pulse valve. The inner wall of the gas distribution box should be clean without rust and other debris. The gas distribution box should be leak-free and meet all relevant safety requirements.
