High-temperature resistant star feeder
The high-temperature resistant externally-mounted star feeder separates the rotating part from the box part in contact with the materials, which can ensure that the bearing rotation and oil seal system work normally without being affected by high temperature. This type of product not only resists high temperature, but also has a good effect on the transportation and reception of hygroscopic materials and metallic powders. Because these objects are penetrative, the materials can penetrate the oil seal device and directly enter the bearing, causing the rotation to malfunction and damaging the machine. Thanks to the externally-mounted feature, it does not come into contact with the materials.
Unique performance of the high-temperature resistant star feeder:
1. It runs reliably and smoothly, with low noise, few failures, and long service life. The meshing parts are made of nodular cast iron and bearing steel, etc., with good performance and high wear resistance.
2. The star feeder has strong overload capacity, small impact inertia moment, and is suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse rotation.
3. By adopting the planetary rotation principle, the input and output are on the same axis, and it has the uniqueness of being directly connected to the motor, so it has a compact structure, a novel and beautiful appearance, small volume and light weight.
4. The bearings and gearboxes are far away from the valve body, avoiding the influence of high-temperature dust. The sealing performance of the front and rear end covers is good, preventing dust from leaking out and prolonging the service life of the moving parts and the lubrication system.
Before using the high-temperature resistant star-shaped discharger, first open the motor wiring cover and connect the power supply according to the requirements of the motor circuit diagram. The impeller should rotate towards the side of the pressure equalizing pipe. Special grease has been added to the high-temperature discharger at one time, and no other lubricating oil needs to be added.
Working principle of the high-temperature resistant star-shaped discharger:
High-temperature resistantstar-shapeddischargers have an upper feeding port and a lower discharging port. Under normal circumstances, when the material enters the rotating impeller from above, the equal-volume cells of the rotating impeller are filled and then rotated to the discharging port for unloading. However, under negative pressure, the material often blows back to the upper bin and is difficult to unload through the impeller. Therefore, a pressure equalizing pipe is installed on one side of the shell to balance the air pressure in the impeller cell cavity with that in the upper bin, which is beneficial for the material to be unloaded and improves the discharging effect.
