DMF-Y Submerged Electromagnetic Pulse Valve(also known as embedded valve). It is directly installed on the gas distribution box and has better flow characteristics. The pressure loss is reduced, making it suitable for working conditions with low air source pressure.

 

Working Principle of DMF-Y Submerged Pulse Solenoid Valve

 

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, the front and the rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electrical signal from the pulse injection controller causes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve to move backward, opening the vent hole of the rear air chamber. The pressure in the rear air chamber drops rapidly, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, and the compressed air is injected through the valve output port. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. When the electrical signal from the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets, the vent hole of the rear air chamber closes, the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, pressing the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again. The electrical signal is timed in milliseconds. At the moment when the pulse valve opens, a powerful impact airflow is generated, thus realizing instantaneous injection.
