Fumeisi Dust Removal Bag ClothBagThe longitudinal stitches of the dust removal bag must be firm, straight and no less than three. The circular stitches of the anti-collapse ring of the dust removal bag must be firm and no less than two on each side. The circular stitches at the bottom of the dust removal bag allow single thread, but must be sewn for more than two circles.
The deviation of the cutting length of the Fumeisi dust removal bag is±10mm. The sewing stitches around the dust removal bag should be uniform. The longitudinal stitches of the bag should not be less than15 stitches/10cm, and the transverse stitches should be no less than12 stitches/10cm. The sewn bag should have no holes or damage defects. Bags with a diameter greater than200mm and a length greater than5000mm should be subjected to a tensile test, and their elongation should meet the requirements. Functional characteristics of FMS needled felt dust filter bags
(1)Through compounding, it maintains the excellent performance of glass fiber, such as high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, and dimensional stability without deformation. It also gives full play to the characteristics of chemical fibers, such as good wear resistance and folding resistance, significantly improving the performance of the filter material at a low price. The surface of the filter material is beautiful, flat, smooth, soft to the touch, and has rigidity.
(2)Through compounding, the role of chemical treatment is brought into play, achieving the combination of organic and inorganic materials, and coating the surface of the FMS veil and base fabric with an organic film. At the same time, the role of physical post - processing technology is also exerted, enabling the FMS filter material to obtain an excellent surface state and achieve multi - functional effects.
(3)Compared with chemical fiber felts through compounding, the operating temperature range of similar chemical fiber felts is broadened. Compared with glass fiber felts, the wear resistance and folding resistance are doubled, the filtration wind speed is increased, and the service life is extended. Meanwhile, series products in five temperature ranges can be designed and produced, including90℃-130℃,130℃-180℃,180℃-240℃,240℃-300℃ and above300℃ for users to choose from.
