Stainless steel discharger
The stainless steel star-shaped discharger combines performance, appearance and usage characteristics. It is resistant to corrosion from weak corrosive media such as air, steam and water, as well as chemical corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and salts., It is especially suitable for dust and small particle materials, and is widely selected for engineering projects in industrial sectors such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, cement, road construction and drying equipment.
The stainless steel star-shaped discharger has two series: chain drive and direct connection. The inlet and outlet ports are available in two types: circular flange and square flange. Various high-temperature ash discharge valves and anti-corrosion ash discharge valves can be customized according to customer requirements.
The stainless steel discharger is mainly used for continuous and uniform discharge of hygienic food-grade materials. It can also be used in industries with high corrosiveness and specific material requirements. The main mechanical components such as the tubular shell, impeller and connecting flange are made of stainless steel, which enhances the hygienic, wear-resistant and anti-corrosive properties of the discharger for materials.
Working principle of the stainless steel discharger:
The impeller inside the shell is driven by a motor and a reducer to rotate at a constant speed. The materials fall into the compartments between the impellers by their own weight. As the impeller rotates to the bottom, the materials are discharged from the shell. The quantitative and timed discharge can also be achieved by manually adjusting the rotation speed of the impeller.
The stainless steel discharger is available in two different connection shapes: square flange and circular flange. The rotation mode can be chain drive or concentric direct connection drive. It is divided into dozens of specifications according to the discharge volume. It can also be customized according to on-site installation and usage requirements.
Stainless steel dischargerhas the following characteristics:
1. By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output shafts are on the same axis, and it has the uniqueness of being directly connected to the motor. Therefore, it has a compact structure, a novel and beautiful appearance, a small volume, and a light weight.
2. It runs reliably and smoothly, with low noise, low failure rate, and long service life. The meshing parts are made of bearing steel, which has good performance and high wear resistance.
3. The bearings and gearboxes are far away from the valve body, avoiding the influence of high temperature and dust. The sealing performance of the front and rear end covers is good, preventing dust from leaking out and prolonging the service life of the mechanical parts and the lubrication system.
4. The stainless steel discharger has strong overload capacity, small impact inertia torque, and is suitable for frequent starts and forward and reverse rotations.
