DMF-Z Type Electromagnetic Pulse ValveIt is a right-angle valve, and the angle between its inlet and outlet is 90°, which is suitable for the installation and connection between the air bag and the dust collector blowing pipe. The air flow is smooth, and it can provide the ash-cleaning air pulse that meets the requirements.

 

Working principle of the right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve

 

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, the front and the rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.

 

The electrical signal of the pulse blowing controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve backward, the air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve opens, the pressure in the rear air chamber drops rapidly, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air blows through the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state.

 

When the electrical signal of the pulse blowing controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets, the air vent of the rear air chamber closes, the pressure in the rear air chamber rises, which presses the diaphragm assembly tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.
