The production process of water and oil repellent needle punched felt is as follows:
Fiber opening--Carding--Web laying--Pre - needling--Main needling--Felt forming--Singeing--Calendering--ImpregnationPTFE(Waterproof agent)--Drying--Setting--Rolling--Rolled.

In view of this, the performance of ordinary filter materials must be further improved to adapt to this special working condition, prevent or reduce the phenomenon of dust plastering on the bags, and improve the service life and working efficiency of the filter materials.
