The production process of water and oil repellent needle punched felt is as follows:
Fiber opening--Carding--Web laying--Pre - needling--Main needling--Felt forming--Singeing--Calendering--ImpregnationPTFE(Waterproof agent)--Drying--Setting--Rolling--Rolled.
Filter bags made of filter cloth treated with waterproof and oil-proof properties are used in occasions with high moisture content. Compared with ordinary filter bags, since the filter material is not easily clogged or plastered, the service life of the filter bags is extended, the ash cleaning cycle can be prolonged, and the gas flow rate is also increased. Therefore, a large amount of energy consumption and maintenance costs can be saved, and the output is also increased.

Especially when the high-temperature gas is in a high-humidity state, dew condensation occurs due to the cooling effect of the external gas. This can not only cause the captured dust to scale or even block on the surface of the filter bag, but also corrode the structural materials, increase the operating resistance of the dust collector, and directly affect the normal operation of the bag filter. In view of this, the performance of ordinary filter materials must be further improved to adapt to this special working condition, prevent or reduce the phenomenon of dust plastering on the bags, and improve the service life and working efficiency of the filter materials.
