THLXD-ZM-50A, THLXD-ZM-120A Tunnel Lighting Energy Saver, Intelligent Street Lamp Voltage Regulation Energy Saving Device. Its function is to operate mercury lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps at a reduced voltage during the second half of the night, and convert incandescent lamps to direct current operation. This device has been installed on multiple street lamp lines successively. After years of actual operation, it has been proven that the use of this device is successful. The energy-saving effect of mercury lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps is over 25%, and that of incandescent lamps is over 40%. Moreover, the average service life of incandescent lamp bulbs is increased by 6 - 7 times. Practice has proven that this energy-saving device requires less investment and produces quick results. Generally, the entire investment can be recovered within half a year.
Tunnel Lighting Energy SaverThe differences among various circuit types lie in the amplifier circuit and the sampling circuit. Generally, they can be divided into three categories: magnetic amplifier circuits, electron tube amplifier circuits, and semiconductor amplifier circuits. Among them, the power voltage regulation and stabilization device using an electron tube amplifier circuit is called an electronically regulated power voltage regulation and stabilization device.
The electronically regulated power voltage regulation and stabilization device consists of two major parts: an AC circuit and a DC control circuit.
The AC circuit includes an autotransformer controller (N1, N2) and a variable reactor N3.
The DC control circuit mainly includes circuits for sampling, amplification, and protection.
When the output voltage changes for some reason, after sampling and amplification, the current passing through the DC coil of the magnetic amplifier, the inductance and reactance of the AC coil of the magnetic amplifier, and the current passing through the variable reactor N3. The boosting effect of the autotransformer controller is enhanced, thereby causing the output voltage to rise and compensating for the previous output voltage. Conversely, when the output voltage rises, the step-down effect of the autotransformer controller is enhanced, and it can also automatically compensate for the previous rise in the output voltage.

Voltage stabilization and constant voltage: The energy-saving control cabinet dynamically tracks the input voltage and automatically adjusts the energy-saving gear to make the lamps work in a constant voltage state, so as to ensure the normal operation of the lamps and achieve the maximum energy-saving effect.
Multi-layer protection function: It has the functions of low current bypass, low voltage bypass, overload (overcurrent) bypass, automatic bypass in case of failure and alarm. Users can select “On/Off” these functions through the DIP switch by themselves.

Manual/Automatic adjustment: Both bypass and power-saving levels can be adjusted manually and automatically. Even if the power-saving control cabinet malfunctions, the normal operation of the lighting power supply system can be guaranteed.

Remote control interface: It has RS-485 or RS-232 interfaces for computer and remote automation control; it can be used for remote control upgrade and on-site computer program modification.
