1. Implementation Standards
Domestic Standards: Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 1348, GB/T 8715 and other industrial specifications. We strictly control the chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface quality of Cast Pipe to ensure the quality of Cast Steel Pipe.
International Standards: Produced in compliance with ASTM A48, EN 10293, ISO 286 and other international standards. Our Industrial Cast Pipeline meets the procurement and usage requirements of customers at home and abroad.
2. Main Materials & Grades
2.1 Ordinary Carbon Cast Steel (General Working Conditions)
ZG230-450, ZG270-500: Good toughness and moderate strength with reasonable cost. They are basic materials for making Cast Pipe. Such Cast Steel Pipe is widely used for low-pressure pipelines for water, gas and general material transportation.
2.2 Alloy Cast Steel (Wear-resistant & High-pressure Conditions)
ZG310-570, ZG40Cr, ZG35CrMo: With added alloy elements, these grades have high hardness, outstanding wear resistance and compression resistance. The finished Cast Pipe features strong impact and wear resistance, ideal for material conveying pipelines in mining and gravel industries. They are also preferred materials for heavy-duty Industrial Cast Pipeline.
2.3 High-alloy Cast Steel (Corrosion-resistant & High-temperature Conditions)
ZG1Cr13, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti: Excellent acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. This type of Cast Steel Pipe owns stable chemical performance and is not easy to rust or damage when contacting corrosive media. It is widely applied to Industrial Cast Pipeline for chemical materials and high-temperature flue gas delivery.
3. Specifications
Inner Diameter: 20–1200mm, mainstream sizes: 50–800mm. A full range of dimensions covers all application demands for Cast Pipe.
Wall Thickness: 5–80mm, mainstream sizes: 8–50mm. Cast Steel Pipe with different wall thicknesses adapts to various pressure and wear conditions. Standard Industrial Cast Pipeline is available in stock.
Single Length: Standard length ranges from 0.5m to 6m. Custom lengths and segmented structures are acceptable according to drawings and working conditions, matching the installation layout of all kinds of Cast Pipe.
Structure Type: Straight pipe, bent pipe, tee, reducer, flange pipe and other types. All can be integrally cast for better sealing performance than spliced pipe fittings.
4. Manufacturing Process
Our Cast Pipe is mainly produced by sand casting, investment casting and centrifugal casting, which apply to different types of Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline:
Sand Casting: Mature technology for manufacturing large-diameter and special-shaped Cast Pipe. It is cost-effective and widely used for general Industrial Cast Pipeline.
Centrifugal Casting: The pipe body has compact structure, uniform wall thickness and smooth inner wall, which reduces medium flow resistance and improves pressure resistance and wear resistance of Cast Steel Pipe. It is mainly used for fluid conveying Cast Pipe.
Investment Casting: High dimensional accuracy with few surface defects, requiring little secondary processing. It is suitable for small-bore high-precision Cast Pipe and matched pipe fittings.
Integral casting without splicing gaps effectively enhances the overall strength of Cast Pipe. The Cast Steel Pipe is not easy to crack or leak under complex conditions, and the operational stability of Industrial Cast Pipeline is fully guaranteed.
5. Performance Requirements
5.1 Mechanical Properties
All Cast Pipe has qualified tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness. The products feature excellent extrusion resistance and impact resistance, free from deformation and fracture under heavy load. The mechanical performance of all Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline remains stable.
5.2 Wear & Pressure Resistance
With thick wall and high-quality alloy materials, Cast Pipe has superior wear resistance, suitable for conveying granular materials, slag and mortar. The Cast Steel Pipe for high-pressure service has passed strict pressure tests with strong bearing capacity.
5.3 Corrosion & High Temperature Resistance
High-alloy Industrial Cast Pipeline is resistant to acid, alkali, high temperature and oxidation, capable of long-term continuous operation in environments with high-temperature flue gas and corrosive liquid.
5.4 Testing Standards
Every Cast Pipe is inspected in appearance, dimension and hydrostatic pressure. High-pressure and corrosion-resistant Cast Steel Pipe will undergo additional penetrant inspection, metallographic test and composition analysis to ensure all delivered Industrial Cast Pipeline are qualified.
6. Main Applications
Mining & Metallurgy: Cast Pipe is widely used for conveying pipelines of ore, slag, pulverized coal and ash residue. It is the standard Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline for mining industry.
Chemical Industry: Cast Pipe with corrosion resistance is adopted for pipelines transporting acid, alkali liquid and chemical raw materials to prevent medium leakage and pipe rusting.
Power & Heating: Wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant Cast Steel Pipe is used for boiler slag discharge pipes, flue gas pipes and circulating water pipes.
Municipal & Water Conservancy: Large-caliber Industrial Cast Pipeline with strong bearing capacity is applied to water supply, drainage and sewage pipelines for long service life after installation.
7. Surface & Quality Requirements
The surface of Cast Pipe is flat without casting defects such as air holes, sand holes, cracks, slag inclusion and shrinkage cavities. Both inner and outer walls are polished smoothly without sharp protrusions. Pipe ends are neatly cut and flange surfaces are flat for good sealing. The integrally cast structure has high strength, anti-vibration and anti-deformation performance. All Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline can be installed outdoors, underground or in workshops. Hardness and precision can be customized as required.
8. Packaging & Marking
Packaging: Large-diameter Cast Pipe is wrapped with tarpaulin, and pipe mouths are equipped with protective covers to prevent collision and sundries. Medium and small-diameter Cast Steel Pipe are bundled with corner protectors for moisture and rust prevention during long-distance transportation. Special-shaped pipe fittings are packed separately to avoid damage.
Marking: Material, specification, execution standard, heat number and manufacturer are marked on each product. Complete quality certificates including material reports, mechanical performance test reports and pressure test reports are delivered together. The information of Cast Pipe, Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline is fully traceable.
9. Delivery Cycle
In-stock Cast Pipe, Cast Steel Pipe and Industrial Cast Pipeline: Goods will be loaded and delivered within 3-7 working days after payment.
Custom specifications, special-shaped fittings and special material Cast Pipe: Production lead time is 18-30 working days, delivered in order of production schedule.
