1. Core Material Grades & Complete Parameters
All our steel wires are made of national standard high-quality carbon structural steel with high purity and low impurity content, delivering stable mechanical performance and complying with both domestic engineering and international export standards. The mainstream applicable material grades are as follows:
Q195: Features soft state, high toughness and excellent plasticity with easy bending and welding performance without cracking. It is the most widely used general material on the market, mainly applied to Construction Steel Wire, binding wire and ordinary woven mesh.
Q235: Possesses higher strength and moderate hardness than Q195 with better tensile properties. It is suitable for high-strength binding, fence mesh, gabion mesh and structural reinforcement scenarios for Cold Drawn Steel Wire and Galvanized Steel Wire.
45# High Carbon Steel: Boasts high tensile strength, high hardness, wear resistance and stretch resistance, specially used for high-strength spring wire, rope wire, precision hardware and mechanical accessories.
60#/70# High Carbon Steel Wire: Ultra-high strength grade, applicable to high-end working conditions such as prestressed accessories, special industrial wire drawing and high-strength filter screens.
Import/Export Special Material: SAE1006, SAE1008, fully compliant with European and American foreign trade standards, specially customized for overseas export orders of Galvanized Steel Wire and Construction Steel Wire.
2. Product Classification & Production Technology
2.1 Cold Drawn Steel Wire (Black Wire)
Cold Drawn Steel Wire adopts Q195/Q235 high-quality wire rod as the base material, formed by precision multi-pass cold drawing at room temperature. It has dense grain structure, smooth surface, accurate dimensions and stable tensile strength. With no surface coating and high cost performance, it is the most widely used general Construction Steel Wire in engineering projects. It is mainly used for steel bar binding, wall tie construction, scaffold binding, ordinary wire mesh weaving and packaging binding on construction sites. It can be divided into Q195 soft wire, Q235 hard wire and 45# high-strength cold drawn wire according to different materials.
2.2 Galvanized Steel Wire (Anti-rust & Anti-corrosion Wire)
Galvanized Steel Wire is processed by hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing on the basis of refined cold drawn wire. The uniform and firm zinc layer isolates air and moisture, providing excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion ability and superior weather resistance, suitable for long-term service in outdoor, humid, coastal and highly corrosive environments.
Classified by production process:
Electro-galvanized Steel Wire (Cold Galvanized): Bright and flat surface with fine and smooth zinc layer, ideal for scenarios with high appearance requirements, indoor use and short-term outdoor use.
Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Wire (Hot Galvanized): Thick zinc layer with strong adhesion and long anti-corrosion service life, serving as the preferred Construction Steel Wire for outdoor engineering, marine environment and long-term protection projects.
Mainstream material grades: Q195, Q235, SAE1006, SAE1008. All material types support customized galvanizing treatment.

Galvanized Steel Wire retains the complete mechanical properties of the base cold drawn wire, and the zinc layer will not affect the structural strength. With long-term anti-rust performance and qualified salt spray test results, its outdoor service life is far longer than ordinary Cold Drawn Steel Wire.
