1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Steel Coil is a high-end metal coil manufactured by multi-pass precision cold rolling and continuous annealing finishing with pickled hot-rolled coils as raw materials. Compared with hot-rolled steel, Cold Rolled Coil removes surface oxide scale completely, with smooth and delicate plate surface, uniform thickness and greatly improved dimensional accuracy, as well as excellent toughness and formability. Custom-grade Precision Cold Rolled Steel Coil adapts to high-precision industrial processing scenarios with no deformation, no wave and no scratch after processing, widely used in the production of appearance parts, precision structural parts and deep-drawn workpieces.

2.1 Implementation Standards
Domestic: GB/T 5213, GB/T 13237; International: JIS G3131, EN 10130, ASTM A1008. All Cold Rolled Steel Coil, Cold Rolled Coil and Precision Cold Rolled Steel Coil meet high-end domestic and foreign procurement standards in dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and surface grade.
2.2 Main Steel Grades
General Cold Rolled Steel: SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, with high surface finish and good formability for conventional sheet metal, shells and hardware accessories;
National Standard Stamping Steel: DC01, DC03, DC05, DC06, with gradually improved stretching performance for deep drawing and complex bending processes;
High-strength Cold Rolled Steel: HC260LA, HC300LA, HC340LA, featuring high strength and deformation resistance for load-bearing structural parts and automotive components.

Third-party SGS, BV and TUV inspection is supported. Complete material certificates, mechanical test reports and factory inspection documents are provided for full traceability.
