Pressure Vessel Plate is a special steel plate designed for pressure-bearing equipment such as pressure vessels, boiler tanks, storage tanks and reactors. Pressure Vessel Steel Plate features high strength, excellent toughness, reliable weldability and impact resistance, which can operate stably under medium and high pressure as well as alternating high and low temperature conditions for a long time. Our Boiler Vessel Plate is produced with mature smelting technology, featuring low internal impurities and uniform metallographic structure. All products pass strict flaw detection and fully meet the safety requirements for special equipment. Widely used in petrochemical industry, power boilers, gas storage tanks, hydraulic equipment and nuclear power supporting facilities, we also provide customized services including fixed-size cutting, beveling and heat treatment.

Domestic standards: GB/T 713, GB 19189, GB 3531 International standards: EN 10028, ASTM A516, JIS G3103

All Pressure Vessel Plate, Pressure Vessel Steel Plate and Boiler Vessel Plate hold certification for special equipment. Their technical indicators comply with national specifications for pressure-bearing materials. Original mill test certificates, flaw detection reports and third-party inspection documents are available upon request.

Common Material Grades

  1. Boiler Grade: Q245R, Q345R, Q370R. As mainstream Boiler Vessel Plate, they have excellent hot and cold workability, ideal for steam boilers, hot water boilers and heat exchange equipment.

  2. Low-temperature Pressure Grade: 16MnDR, 09MnNiDR. Outstanding low-temperature impact resistance, applied to low-temperature storage tanks and cryogenic equipment.

  3. High-temperature Resistant Grade: 15CrMoR, 12Cr1MoVR. High temperature resistance and creep resistance, suitable for chemical reactors and high-temperature high-pressure cylinder bodies.

  4. General Pressure Grade: SPV355, P265GH, P355GH. Equivalent to international grades, widely used for exported pressure equipment.

Key Performance Advantages

  1. High Pressure Resistance: Stable yield strength and tensile strength, anti-deformation and anti-burst performance, capable of resisting rated working pressure and instantaneous pressure fluctuation.

  3. Wide Temperature Adaptability: Conventional grades work steadily from -20℃ to 475℃. Low-temperature grades can withstand below -40℃, and high-temperature grades serve well in long-term high-temperature environments.

  4. Reliable Internal Quality: 100% ultrasonic testing with Grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ standards. No lamination, inclusions or shrinkage cavities inside the plate to ensure service safety.

  5. Good Corrosion Resistance: Resists corrosion from water, steam and conventional oil & gas. Alloy grades are applicable to weak acid, alkali and chemical media.

Surface & Processing

The plate surface is flat and clean, free from cracks, scars, folds and excessive rust. We provide edge cutting, grinding, bevel milling, bending and drilling services. Heat treatment processes such as normalizing, tempering and quenching & tempering are available to further improve the overall mechanical properties of Boiler Vessel Plate.

Quality Control

Strict inspection is implemented throughout raw material feeding, rolling, cooling and finished product delivery. Each batch of Pressure Vessel Plate is tested in appearance, dimension, mechanical properties, impact resistance, bending performance and chemical composition. Full ultrasonic inspection is carried out for pressure-bearing steel plates. Re-inspection by SGS, BV and other third parties is acceptable. Complete documents are provided for full product traceability.

Finished steel plates are stacked in categories and coated with anti-rust oil. Bundled with steel strips and protected by corner guards to avoid scratches during hoisting and transportation. Compatible with highway, railway and sea transportation. Professional hoisting solutions are provided for large-size goods.
