Product Description
The ISO certified rotary drum dryer is an industrial drying equipment that strictly complies with ISO international quality management system standards. It retains the high-efficiency drying performance of conventional rotary drum dryers, and has passed strict ISO certification tests in manufacturing process, performance stability, material quality and operation reliability. It is widely used in mineral processing, chemical, building materials and other bulk material drying scenarios, and meets the standardized equipment demands of global high-standard production lines.
Working Principle
The standardized quality-certified drum is driven by an ISO-compliant stable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum through the standardized feeding system, and the internal high-efficiency lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully exchange heat with the hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged through the anti-blocking outlet, realizing long-term continuous and stable drying operation that fully conforms to ISO quality system requirements.
