The OEM rotary drum dryer is a customized industrial drying equipment manufactured strictly according to the design specifications, parameters and process requirements provided by the client. It retains the core high-efficiency drying performance of standard rotary drum dryers, and supports targeted adjustment of structure, materials and configurations. It is widely used in mineral processing, building materials, chemical and other bulk material drying scenarios, and can perfectly match the personalized production demands of different clients.
Working Principle
The customized drum structure is driven by a transmission system that meets the client's specified parameters to rotate at a stable speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum through the client-matched feeding system, and the customized internal lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully exchange heat with the hot air flow that meets the client's process requirements. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated, and the dried materials are stably discharged through the customized discharge structure, realizing continuous drying operation that fully conforms to the client's process standards.
