Product Description
The CE certified rotary drum dryer is an industrial drying equipment that fully complies with EU safety, health and environmental protection standards. It retains the high-efficiency drying performance of conventional rotary drum dryers, and has passed strict CE certification tests in terms of structural safety, electrical protection, exhaust emission and operation reliability. It is widely used in mineral processing, building materials, chemical and other bulk material drying scenarios, and can meet the equipment access requirements of the EU and related international markets.
Working Principle
The standardized safety-certified drum is driven by a CE-compliant transmission system to rotate at a stable speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum through the safety-certified feeding system, and the internal high-efficiency lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully exchange heat with the hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated, and the water vapor is discharged after being purified by the environmental protection system that meets EU standards. The dried materials are stably discharged through the safety anti-blocking outlet, realizing continuous drying operation that fully conforms to CE regulatory requirements.
