Product Description
The PLC-controlled rotary drum dryer is an intelligent automated drying equipment that integrates a standard rotary drum main body and a dedicated PLC intelligent control system. It can realize full-process automatic adjustment of drying parameters, real-time monitoring of operating status and fault self-diagnosis. It is widely applicable to large-scale continuous drying production scenarios in industries such as chemical industry, new energy, food and pharmaceuticals, and is a high-efficiency, labor-saving intelligent drying equipment that ensures stable and consistent product quality.
Working Principle
The PLC control system centrally manages all core components of the equipment including drum speed, heat source temperature, feeding speed, air volume and discharging humidity. After the user sets the target parameters such as material type, processing capacity and final moisture content on the human-machine interaction interface, the PLC system automatically adjusts each operating unit in real time according to the feedback data from multiple high-precision sensors installed on the equipment. It dynamically optimizes the temperature, rotating speed and air volume in each section of the drum, so that the materials are always dried under the optimal process conditions, and the whole process does not require manual frequent intervention, realizing fully automated, stable and efficient continuous drying operation.

High-precision intelligent control: The system can accurately control the drying temperature within ±1℃, and the final moisture deviation of the finished product is less than 0.5%, ensuring that the quality of each batch of materials is highly consistent.
Labor-saving and efficient: It realizes 24-hour unattended automatic operation, which reduces the on-site labor demand by more than 70% compared with traditional manually controlled dryers.
Full safety protection: It has built-in multiple functions such as over-temperature alarm, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis, which can automatically stop and give an alarm in case of abnormal conditions, effectively avoiding production accidents.
Strong compatibility and easy expansion: It can be seamlessly connected with the upper-level factory MES system to realize remote monitoring and data traceability of the whole drying process, and supports customized expansion of special functions according to user's process requirements.
