Product Description
Rotary drum drying equipment is a mainstream large-scale continuous industrial drying device that uses a slowly rotating inclined drum as the core carrier. It can efficiently evaporate moisture in granular, powdery, paste-like and even high-viscosity materials through full contact between materials and hot airflow. It can be customized with stainless steel anti-corrosion, hygienic grade, explosion-proof and other special structures, and is widely used in core drying scenarios of new energy, chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed drum is driven by a heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet materials are fed into the inner cavity of the drum from the higher end. The built-in lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials during the drum rotation process, so that the materials form a uniform material curtain in the drum and fully contact with the hot airflow flowing along the drum body. The free moisture in the materials is efficiently and continuously evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried materials are stably output from the lower discharging end, completing the whole continuous drying process.

Ultra-wide material adaptability: It can stably cope with the drying demands of almost all industrial materials, and can be adjusted and optimized for special properties such as corrosion resistance, hygiene and heat sensitivity.
Large capacity and high efficiency: The processing capacity can cover the range from 5kg/h to 2000t/d, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 93%, far exceeding that of small intermittent drying equipment.
Stable and reliable for long-term operation: The structure is simple and durable, with few vulnerable parts, and it can run continuously for 24 hours for a long time, with an operation rate of over 98%.
High degree of customization: It can be flexibly matched with supporting units such as feeding, dust removal, intelligent PLC control, etc., to form a complete drying system that meets the production requirements of different industries.
