Product Description
The complete rotary drying system is a full-set integrated industrial drying solution centered on the rotary drum main unit, covering all supporting units from raw material feeding, heat supply, drying, dust removal, finished product discharging to intelligent control. It can realize fully automatic, continuous and closed drying production of various materials, and is widely applicable to large-scale drying scenarios in industries such as new energy, fine chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals. It is a standardized turnkey drying system that can be directly put into production after connection.
Working Principle
The system operates in a fully coordinated and closed manner. Qualified raw materials are stably and quantitatively fed into the rotary drum main unit through the special feeding system. The drum rotates at a set low speed, and the built-in lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials to make full contact with the clean hot air provided by the heat supply unit. The moisture in the materials is efficiently and uniformly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones. The dried finished products are stably output through the finished product processing system, and the dust-laden tail gas is purified and recovered by the tail gas treatment unit. The central control system uniformly adjusts all parameters of the whole system in real time to ensure that the moisture and quality of the discharged materials are stably up to the standard.
Key Features
Full-process integrated design: The system is pre-configured with all necessary supporting units, no additional matching is required on site, and it can be quickly connected and put into production, greatly shortening the construction cycle.
High operation stability: The coordinated operation of all units is optimized and matched, the 24-hour continuous operation rate is over 98%, and the product quality of each batch is highly consistent.
Wide adaptability: It can flexibly select configurations such as stainless steel anti-corrosion, hygiene grade, explosion-proof and high-efficiency dust removal according to the properties of different materials, and the processing capacity covers the range from 5kg/h to 2000t/d.
Low comprehensive energy consumption: The optimized system heat exchange and air duct design make the overall thermal efficiency as high as 93%, which reduces the comprehensive energy consumption by more than 20% compared with the scattered and mismatched drying units.
