Product Description
The stainless steel rotary dryer production line is a full-set continuous industrial drying system with all material-contact parts made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It integrates feeding, drying, dust collection, discharging and intelligent control units, and can realize large-scale, fully enclosed and hygienic continuous drying of various materials. It is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, new energy and fine chemicals that have strict requirements for anti-corrosion, hygiene and no material pollution.
Working Principle
The whole production line runs in a fully enclosed and coordinated manner. The raw materials are stably fed into the stainless steel rotary drum through the sealed feeding system. The drum rotates at a uniform low speed, and the built-in lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials to make full contact with the hot air flow. The moisture is efficiently evaporated in the multi-stage constant temperature zones. The dried materials are stably output through the anti-residue discharging system, and the dust-laden tail gas is purified and recovered by the matched dust collector. The PLC intelligent control system uniformly adjusts all parameters of the whole line to ensure the stable and consistent drying effect of each batch of materials.

Full stainless steel hygienic structure: All parts in contact with materials are made of high-standard stainless steel, with excellent anti-corrosion performance, no heavy metal precipitation, no dead corners for cleaning, and fully meet the strict hygiene standards of food and pharmaceutical industries.
Highly automated continuous operation: The whole line supports 24-hour unattended operation, with a processing capacity range from 5kg/h to 2000t/d, and the operation stability is far higher than that of a single dryer unit.
Low loss and environmental protection: The matched high-efficiency dust collection system can recover more than 98% of fine powdery materials, effectively reducing material loss and making the tail gas emission meet the environmental protection standards.
Strong certification compatibility: The whole line can be equipped with CE, ISO and other international certifications, which can meet the market access requirements of different countries and regions around the world.
