Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for pharmaceutical powder is a high-standard sterile continuous drying equipment tailored for biopharmaceutical, API intermediate and high-purity pharmaceutical powder production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of GMP-certified 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no dead corners and high-temperature sterilization resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various pharmaceutical powders, API intermediates, biological preparations and other high-purity materials, fully meeting China GMP, US FDA and EU GMP pharmaceutical production standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure zero contamination, no degradation of active ingredients and stable product quality in modern pharmaceutical production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully sealed sterile stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a sterile-grade low-noise transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Pharmaceutical powder materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed sterile feeding port, and the built-in mirror-polished non-dead-angle stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the sterile filtered hot air flow. Free moisture in the pharmaceutical powder is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried pharmaceutical powder that meets the sterile standards is stably discharged from the closed sterile discharging end, completing the continuous sterile drying process. The all-pharmaceutical-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with pharmaceutical powder, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as foreign matter mixing, bacterial residue and active ingredient degradation.

The GMP-certified 316L stainless steel structure completely meets the strict sterile production requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, and the inner cavity is polished to Ra≤0.8μm without dead corners, effectively preventing powder residue and microbial growth. The precise low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of active pharmaceutical ingredients, avoiding the degradation of drug efficacy. The fully closed sterile operation design with multi-stage air filtration system effectively isolates external microbial pollution, and the product hygiene index fully meets the sterile inspection standards for pharmaceutical products. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 0.5 ton to 100 tons according to the actual pharmaceutical production scale of users.
