Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for chemical industry is a heavy-duty corrosion-resistant continuous drying equipment tailored for fine chemical, salt chemical, new material and other high-corrosion industrial production scenarios. Its main body and all material contact parts are made of industrial-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with excellent strong acid, strong alkali and high-temperature salt mist corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation and high structural strength. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various corrosive chemical raw materials, chemical crystals, powdery chemical products and other special materials, and is widely used in chemical, new energy material, environmental protection and other industrial fields. It is the core drying equipment to ensure long-term stable operation of chemical production lines and no material pollution.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed all-stainless-steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque explosion-proof heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Corrosive chemical materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder, and the built-in anti-corrosion wear-resistant stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature purified hot air flow. Free moisture in the chemical materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried chemical products that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the special anti-corrosion sealed discharging end, completing the large-capacity continuous chemical drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with strong-corrosion chemical materials, completely avoiding material pollution and equipment perforation failure risks.

This equipment has multiple targeted chemical industrial exclusive advantages. The industrial-grade stainless steel structure has super strong strong acid and strong alkali corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the long-term drying of various highly corrosive chemical raw materials, and the service life is more than 3.5 times that of ordinary carbon steel industrial dryers. The explosion-proof and fully enclosed design meets the safety production standards of chemical enterprises, effectively preventing volatile gas leakage and dust explosion risks. The inner cavity is precisely polished without dead corners, which is convenient for regular cleaning and material switching, avoiding cross-contamination of different batches of chemical products. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 600 tons according to the actual chemical production scale of users.
