Product Introduction
This SUS304 rotary drum dryer is a cost-effective corrosion-resistant continuous drying equipment tailored for medium-sanitary, low-corrosion industrial production scenarios. Its main body and all material contact parts are made of standard SUS304 austenitic stainless steel, featuring excellent weak acid and alkali corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, easy cleaning and long service life. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of conventional food raw materials, general chemical products, biomass materials and other non-highly corrosive materials, and is widely used in food preliminary processing, agricultural product drying, common chemical raw material treatment and other fields. It is the core drying equipment to balance production cost and anti-pollution demand for medium-standard industrial production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed SUS304 stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder, and the built-in SUS304 wear-resistant lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the continuous drying process. The SUS304 material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with conventional weak-corrosion materials, effectively avoiding material pollution and equipment rust failure risks.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted advantages. The standard SUS304 stainless steel structure has stable weak acid and alkali corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the long-term drying of most conventional non-highly corrosive materials, and the service life is more than 2.5 times that of ordinary carbon steel dryers. The inner cavity is finely polished without dead corners, which is convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance, and can meet the basic sanitary production standards of general food and agricultural product processing industries. Compared with 316L models, it has a higher cost performance, and can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 1 ton to 400 tons according to the actual production scale of users.
