This food grade stainless steel rotary dryer is a dedicated high-sanitary continuous drying equipment tailored for food processing, nut deep processing, fruit and vegetable dehydration and other strict food safety production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no toxic substance dissolution and easy cleaning and disinfection characteristics. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various food raw materials such as nuts, fruits and vegetables, puffed food raw materials and edible fungi, fully meeting China SC production license, EU food contact material and FDA food safety standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure food hygiene, no cross-contamination and stable product quality in modern food processing production lines.
Working PrincipleThe obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable low-noise transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Food raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder, and the built-in food-grade polished non-angular stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the cylinder rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered dust-free clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the food materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried food materials that meet the food safety standards are stably discharged from the special sanitary discharging end, completing the continuous food-grade drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with food raw materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as foreign matter mixing and bacterial residue.

This equipment has multiple targeted food-grade advantages. The full food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict requirements of food contact safety, and the inner cavity is polished to a mirror level without dead corners, which can effectively prevent material residue and bacterial growth. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode can maximize the retention of nutrients such as vitamins and original flavor of food materials, avoiding the deterioration of food taste and color. The fully enclosed dust-free operation design effectively isolates external dust, mosquitoes and microbial pollution, and the product hygiene index fully meets the requirements of export food quarantine standards. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 1 ton to 200 tons according to the actual food production scale of users.
