Working Principle
The obliquely installed, all-stainless-steel, multi-cylinder insulated main body is driven by a high-torque, heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform, low speed. Industrial materials are fed into the inner cylinder, where built-in, all-stainless-steel, wear-resistant lifting plates continuously lift and disperse the material as the drum rotates, ensuring full contact with a clean hot air stream. Moisture is efficiently and uniformly evaporated through multi-stage, gradient temperature control zones. The dried materials meeting process standards are steadily discharged, completing the high-capacity, continuous industrial drying cycle. The all-stainless-steel material contact system prevents corrosion reactions with sensitive materials, entirely avoiding contamination and equipment failure risks.
