Product Introduction
This 40 tpd rotary dryer for coconut coir processing is a professional targeted drying equipment tailored for small and medium-sized coconut coir deep processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-winding and anti-adhesion structural design adapted to the fluffy and high-moisture characteristics of coconut coir, with a daily processing capacity of 40 tons of wet coconut coir. It can efficiently remove excess moisture from coconut coir, and the dried finished coconut coir can be directly used for subsequent processing links such as coir mattress and coir brick production, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the production efficiency of coconut coir processing plants.
Working Principle
The slightly inclined high-temperature-resistant cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet coconut coir is sent into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special lifting plate as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the hot air flow flowing through the cylinder. The moisture in the coconut coir is rapidly evaporated and discharged, and the dried coconut coir is stably output from the discharge end, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This 40 tpd coconut coir rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-winding lifting plate design effectively avoids the problem of fluffy coconut coir winding and agglomeration during the drying process. The optimized hot air circulation system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, significantly reducing the drying energy consumption per ton of coconut coir. The 40-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production scale of small and medium-sized coconut coir processing plants, with high operation stability. The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install and maintain.
