Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for bamboo waste pelletizing is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for bamboo waste pellet production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of high moisture and easy winding of bamboo waste, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of raw materials. It can quickly reduce the moisture content of bamboo waste to the optimal range required for pelletizing, and the dried materials can be directly sent to the subsequent pelletizing unit, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the smooth production of bamboo pellet fuel.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet bamboo waste enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special lifting board. It fully contacts with the high-temperature hot air flowing in the same direction in the cylinder, and completes the rapid heat and mass transfer process. The moisture in the bamboo waste is continuously evaporated and discharged from the induced draft system. After the material moves to the discharging end, the moisture content is stably controlled below 12%, which meets the strict moisture requirement of subsequent pelletizing, and the dried material is stably discharged to complete the whole drying process.

The special anti-sticking lifting structure effectively avoids the winding and sticking phenomenon of bamboo waste in the cylinder, ensuring continuous and stable operation. The high-efficiency heat exchange design greatly improves the thermal efficiency, significantly reducing the fuel consumption per ton of material. The 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium and large bamboo pelletizing lines. The sealed structure effectively prevents dust overflow, meeting environmental protection production requirements.
