1. Product Overview
Color coated steel coil, widely named PPGI (prepainted galvanized iron coil) and PPGL (prepainted galvalume coil), uses cold rolled coil, hot-dip galvanized GI, galvalume GL, electro-galvanized EG or zinc-aluminum-magnesium ZM coil as substrate. It is manufactured via continuous cleaning, chemical conversion pretreatment, double coating of primer + topcoat + backcoat and high-temperature baking curing. The base metal owns built-in anti-corrosion metallic coating, while the surface organic finish integrates decoration, weather resistance and rust prevention. Fully painted before delivery without on-site spraying, the paint film will not crack or peel during bending and tile pressing. It is universal decorative anti-rust steel for building roof & wall, home appliance housing, storage equipment and photovoltaic supports.

3. Lead Time: 5–7 days for regular PE polyester stock goods; 10–18 days for customized PVDF fluorocarbon, printed wood grain and ZM substrate orders
4. Payment Term: 30% TT advance deposit, balance settled before shipment, L/C letter of credit is not accepted.
