1. Product Overview

Checkered steel plate, also known as anti-slip plate or tread plate, is hot rolled carbon base plate integrally embossed with concave-convex patterns via special rolling rolls. Patterns are metallurgically bonded to substrate without peeling. The raised single-side texture greatly increases surface friction, integrating anti-slip, wear resistance, load bearing, water drainage, dust prevention and decorative performance. Divided into hot rolled black checkered plate, hot-dip galvanized checkered plate, HSLA checkered plate and weather resistant checkered plate. Different from flat steel plate, it prevents slipping under wet, oily and open-air conditions, widely used for industrial platforms, ship walkways, stair treads, truck cargo floors and port mine anti-slip ground, universal safety anti-slip structural steel.
