1. Product Overview
Shipbuilding steel plate, full name structural steel plate for ship hull & offshore engineering, is specially developed for harsh marine environment. Manufactured via clean steel refining and TMCP thermo-mechanical controlled rolling & cooling process, it strictly limits harmful impurities sulfur and phosphorus, featuring excellent low-temperature impact toughness, resistance to marine atmospheric corrosion, high fatigue strength and superior high heat input weldability. All products pass factory approval of multiple international classification societies. Divided into four series: general strength ship plate, high strength ship plate, ultra-high strength offshore plate and low-temperature crack arrest plate. Widely applied for main load-bearing structures of ocean-going vessels, inland ships, offshore drilling platforms, wind turbine installation vessels and LNG carriers, meeting long-term service requirements under wave impact, low-temperature sea areas and alternating loads.
