1. Product Overview

Pressure vessel steel plate is special medium & heavy plate dedicated for pressure equipment, suffix "R" stands for vessel grade. Manufactured via clean steel smelting, controlled rolling and dedicated normalizing/tempering heat treatment, with strictly limited sulfur & phosphorus impurities. It features stable yield strength, excellent impact toughness at high & low temperature, superior weldability and fatigue resistance, capable of long-term service under medium pressure and alternating hot-cold loads. Divided into normal temperature vessel plate, low-temperature vessel plate and high-temperature heat-resistant vessel plate, it acts as core raw material for storage tanks, heat exchangers, boiler drums, chemical reactors and oil & gas pressure equipment, complying with domestic special equipment inspection standards and overseas pressure vessel export specifications.
