1. Product Overview
Steel sheet pile is a steel section with interlocking clutches on both edges. Continuous impermeable earth & water retaining walls can be formed by interlocking clutches. It is divided into hot rolled steel sheet pile (mainstream for heavy engineering) and cold formed steel sheet pile (economical type), including U-type (Larssen pile), Z-type and straight web sections. Manufactured with low sulfur & phosphorus structural steel, it features high bending resistance, tight interlock waterproof performance, reusable after extraction and fast construction speed. Widely applied for deep foundation pit support, port docks, cofferdam cut-off, flood dykes, coastal revetments and underground pipe gallery temporary & permanent water conservancy projects, exported in bulk to Southeast Asia, Middle East and African coastal infrastructure projects.

Hot Rolled Steel Sheet Pile (First Choice for Heavy Engineering)Integrally hot rolled with precise thick clutches, excellent sealing performance and large section modulus for strong lateral pressure resistance. Thickness 10–24mm, suitable for deep water, deep foundation pits and permanent dock retaining walls; main models PU22/PU28/PU32, FSPⅢ/FSPⅣ, PZ28/PZ35.
Cold Formed Steel Sheet Pile (Shallow Temporary Engineering)Room-temperature strip continuous roll forming, uniform wall thickness 8–14mm, flexible fixed length with lower cost; clutch strength weaker than hot rolled type, mainly for shallow foundation pits and municipal temporary trench support.

Qualified slab heated to 1100–1250℃ → High pressure water descaling → Multi-pass rough rolling to form web, flange and clutch → Finish rolling to fix clutch dimension → Controlled cooling → Roller straightening to eliminate bending → Flame cutting to fixed length → Clutch precision inspection → Shot blasting to remove mill scale → Sampling mechanical test → Steel stamping with heat batch number → Anti-rust coating → Steel strapping & wooden pallet warehousing
Cold Formed Sheet Pile Process
Hot rolled coil uncoiling → Leveling & degreasing → Multi-pass continuous roll forming for clutches → Online cutting to fixed length → Finished product straightening → Dimension & appearance inspection → Simple anti-rust treatment & packaging

Domestic stock: Stacked by same model & length, multi-circumferential steel strapping, supported by steel-wood composite pallets, iron corner guards to protect clutches from collision, wrapped with simple anti-rust film.
Export dedicated packaging: Whole pallet wrapped with thickened waterproof anti-rust plastic film, fixed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets, fit for 20GP / 40HC container and bulk carrier sea transportation.
